Ingredients
  

Pickle de Gallo Base

  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeño peppers seeds removed for less heat
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp pickle brine
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced pickles, red onion, and jalapeño peppers.
  • Add chopped cilantro, pickle brine, and fresh lime juice. Mix well.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a more intense flavor. Enjoy as a topping or dip!
