Instructions
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Brush the corn cobs with the garlic butter and season with salt and pepper.
Grill or roast the corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Try using other cheeses like cheddar or crumbled feta for a twist. Great with a squeeze of lime too!
