  • 4 corn on the cob husks removed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Brush the corn cobs with the garlic butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill or roast the corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Notes
