Description
This Southern Peach Bread is a chilled, no-bake loaf made with fresh or canned peaches, creamy Greek yogurt, oats, and vanilla protein powder. High in protein, gluten-free, and easy to prep ahead.
Ingredients

- 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup nut butter (almond or cashew)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add diced peaches and stir to incorporate.
- Mix in protein powder, oats (or almond flour), and cinnamon.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into it.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve cold. Store leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, substitute mango for peaches.
- Make it vegan by using plant-based yogurt and protein.
- Add chopped pecans or walnuts for texture.
