This creamy Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake blends rich chocolate crust, velvety peanut butter filling, and crunchy Reese’s toppings in a decadent dessert everyone will love.
Ingredients
24 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
3 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks (softened)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (divided)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan with parchment paper.
Mix crushed cookies and butter, press into pan, and bake for 8–10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add peanut butter and sugar, then vanilla and eggs.
Fold in sour cream and chopped Reese’s, then pour into pan.
Bake in a water bath for 55–65 mins. Cool in oven, chill 4+ hours, and top with remaining Reese’s.
