Description
This easy ravioli lasagna combines the best of lasagna and ravioli for a cheesy, hearty dinner made in under an hour.
Ingredients
1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup ricotta cheese (optional)
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Spread 1/2 cup marinara on the bottom.
Layer frozen ravioli, sauce, mozzarella, and ricotta.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
Top with final sauce and parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10–15 more minutes until bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
No need to thaw ravioli.Add sautéed spinach or browned ground beef for variation
Freeze leftovers up to 2 months.
