Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
3–4 dill pickles, finely chopped
1 tablespoon pickle brine
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, minced garlic, and fresh dill in a mixing bowl.
Add pickle brine, salt, and pepper to taste.
Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
