Description

This creamy, tangy Pickle Yogurt Dip is packed with fresh dill and crunchy pickles—perfect as a dip, spread, or sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)

34 dill pickles, finely chopped

1 tablespoon pickle brine

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Combine Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, minced garlic, and fresh dill in a mixing bowl.

Add pickle brine, salt, and pepper to taste.

Stir well until fully combined and smooth.

Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Garnish with extra dill or pickle slices if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.

For a spicy twist, add diced jalapeño or hot sauce.

Pairs well with chips, grilled vegetables, or sandwiches.
