Description

This peach spinach smoothie is creamy, fruity, and full of nutrients. Great for breakfast, post-workout, or a refreshing snack.


Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen peach slices

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 banana (optional)

3/4 cup almond milk or oat milk

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Notes
