Ingredients
6 flour tortillas
1 cup refried beans
1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Sour cream or taco sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning and a splash of water.
Crisp tortillas by baking or pan-frying until golden.
Spread refried beans on one tortilla, layer with beef and cheese.
Top with second tortilla, more cheese, and toppings.
Bake for 6–8 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let rest, slice, and serve with sour cream or sauce.
