Description

A crispy, cheesy low carb egg and cheese chaffle that’s perfect for keto breakfast or quick snacks. Ready in minutes and packed with flavor!

 


Ingredients

Scale

1 large egg

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper


Instructions

Preheat mini waffle maker.nIn a bowl, whisk egg and cheese.nAdd salt and pepper.nGrease waffle maker with spray.

Pour mixture into waffle maker

Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden.

Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

 

Notes

Optional: Add garlic powder or spinach.

Try mixing two types of cheese for more flavor.

Freeze leftovers with parchment between chaffles.
