Description

Crispy, golden keto cheese puffed snacks made with real cheese. Low in carbs and perfect for snacking or topping meals.

 


Ingredients

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Optional: paprika, garlic powder, sesame seeds

Parchment paper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop 1 tbsp of shredded cheese into small piles on the sheet, spacing them out.

Optional: sprinkle with paprika or garlic powder.

Bake for 5–7 minutes or until edges are golden and bubbling.

Remove and let cool fully to crisp up.

Notes

Store cooled puffs in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Avoid refrigerating to maintain crispness.
