Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Optional: paprika, garlic powder, sesame seeds
Parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop 1 tbsp of shredded cheese into small piles on the sheet, spacing them out.
Optional: sprinkle with paprika or garlic powder.
Bake for 5–7 minutes or until edges are golden and bubbling.
Remove and let cool fully to crisp up.
