Ingredients
2 to 3 pita bread with pockets (store-bought or homemade)
Extra virgin olive oil (Greek Private Reserve used)
Kosher Salt
Seasoning of choice (Za’atar)
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425°F and prepare a sheet pan.
Split pita pockets in half to create single rounds (skip if thick pita).
Brush pita rounds with olive oil and season with salt and za’atar.
Cut into triangles using knife or shears.
Bake 5–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
