Description
These juicy, flavorful ground chicken burgers are easy to make, healthy, and won’t fall apart thanks to simple pantry staples.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 small onion, grated
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix until combined.
Shape into 4 patties and place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked through.
Serve on toasted buns with desired toppings.
Notes
Grated onion adds both moisture and flavor—don’t skip it!
Freeze raw patties between parchment for up to 2 months.
For gluten-free, use certified GF panko.
