3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: parmesan, smoked paprika, parsley


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.nCut potatoes into halves or quarters.
