Ingredients
2 English cucumbers, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice cucumbers and tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add mozzarella balls and torn basil leaves.
