This crockpot steak bites and potatoes recipe delivers tender, juicy beef and perfectly cooked potatoes in a savory garlic butter broth—easy, comforting, and one-pot perfect.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs chuck roast or sirloin, cubed

1.5 lbs baby red or Yukon gold potatoes, halved

3 tbsp olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Sear steak cubes in a hot skillet with oil until browned.

Add steak, potatoes, and all remaining ingredients to crockpot.

Stir to combine and cover with lid.

Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until steak is tender.

Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Optional: Add mushrooms or carrots in the last 2 hours for variety.

Leftovers keep in the fridge for 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
