Ingredients

Scale

4.4 oz mayonnaise

2.6 oz ketchup

1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper (coarse)

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.

Stir again before serving.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat mayo and coarse black pepper.

Let sauce rest uncovered for 10 minutes before sealing to mellow raw flavors.
