Description
This Chicken Caesar Salad is crisp, creamy, and full of grilled flavor an easy-to-make classic perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, grill 5–6 minutes per side.
Let chicken rest, then slice.
Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
Toss lettuce with dressing in a large bowl.
Top with sliced chicken, parmesan, and croutons.
Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt Caesar dressing for a lighter version.
Add avocado or boiled eggs for extra richness.
Croutons can be replaced with roasted chickpeas.
