Description

Creamy, comforting Chicken Broccoli Alfredo that’s easy to make and always satisfying. This one-pan meal is packed with protein, fiber, and flavor for a weeknight win.

Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked & sliced)

2 cups broccoli florets (steamed)

8 oz fettuccine pasta (or gluten-free)

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, then set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken and stir to warm through.

Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Slowly stir in Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.

Add pasta, broccoli, and a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

Toss everything together until coated and heated through.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese to avoid a grainy sauce.

Add red pepper flakes or lemon zest for brightness.

Swap chicken for shrimp or keep it vegetarian with mushrooms
