Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
1 tbsp butter (melted)
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
1/4 cup ranch or Greek yogurt dressing
Instructions
Season and grill chicken until fully cooked (about 6–7 minutes per side).
