Description

1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce

1 tbsp butter (melted)

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup ranch or Greek yogurt dressing


Instructions

Season and grill chicken until fully cooked (about 6–7 minutes per side).

Slice or shred chicken and toss in buffalo sauce mixed with melted butter.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, carrots, celery, and cherry tomatoes.

Add the buffalo chicken on top and sprinkle with blue cheese.
