Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe

  • Author: David Atikson
  • Total Time: 7 minutes

Description

Sip into wellness with the Brazilian Mounjaro Drink  a stunning purple blend of butterfly pea flowers, zesty lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar, bursting with natural health benefits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 ml 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 0.5 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh ginger sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

1. Boil the Water
Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. If you’re using fresh ginger, add it now. This step helps extract the vibrant color and flavor from the butterfly pea flowers.

2. Steep the Flowers
Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat. Add 2 tablespoons of dried butterfly pea flowers and let them steep for about 10 minutes. This will give the drink its bold color and earthy aroma.

3. Strain (Optional)
Strain out the flowers if you prefer a clean, clear look. Or leave them in for a more natural, rustic vibe—it’s up to you!

4. Add Flavor and Watch the Magic
Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. The blue liquid will instantly transform into a beautiful shade of purple—pure magic in a glass.

5. Serve Hot or Iced

  • For a warm, soothing drink, pour into your favorite mug and sip immediately.

  • For a refreshing cold version, let it cool slightly, then pour over a glass filled with ice.

Notes

This recipe yields 2 servings.
For sweetness, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey per cup but feel free to adjust! I personally prefer just ½ teaspoon, and it’s the perfect balance for me.
